On my way to the ER....

They said that I have cellulitis in my hand and put me on antibiotics. They are horse pills that I have to cut in about 20 pieces to get them down. It has gone down a little but is stillso swollen I can't make a fist.

So can anyone tell me how long until this pain in my stomach will ease up? Th is soo much worse than I expected. I am a bit of a baby but dang!

My hand swelled up about 3" a few weeks ago after one of my IV's infiltrated.  It hurt like the devil for 3 days before it finally went back down to normal.  Heat will help.

Thanks for checkin on me. My hand is feeling much better. The swelling isn't all of the way down yet, but almost and it doesn't hurt near as bad as it did. My stomach feels way better today than yesterday. I am actually able to lie on my side if I turn carefully and have a pillow under my tummy. Funny what a difference a day makes.
