Glad you're home.  To the extent you can, it would be best not to load up too much on the pain meds; some cause constipation, and that could be unfortunate.

Welcome to the losers bench (as corny as that sounds). Walking and sipping is the best thing you can do and it really does help with the gas pains ( plus the Gas-X strips).

I drank my protein, propel and broth on a schedule, which helped keep me hydrated. Plus, the SF popsicles. (I still have a lot of SF popsicles, even in this cold weather)

Take your pain meds as long as you need them, it really does help with recovery. Welcome, again.
