Getting Excited
Christina, everything with surg assoc is going great. I see the dietician on Dec 21 and Dr Katsis on Jan 6th. I don't have to pay anything up front because I am on Medicare and it covers these expenses at 80%. So I am happy about that. I am getting excited. I will get a surgery date after I see dr katsis on the 6th. As far as Dr Gorospe goes, I know a lot of people who have used him. He is a good Doctor. He doesn't have a very good bedside manner, from what I have been told, and he is hard to understand, but when it comes to the surgery he is top of the line. You will be in good hands with him.

I am so happy for you. I will be in tulsa the 6th as well. Are you seeing renee the dietician? I wilsh they wouldn't make people with insurance pay that 437.00 fee my insurance will pay 407.00 of the amt and i would have to pay my copay of 30.00 but they require the full amt and it is hard to come up with that amt of money in these times. I can handle a not so good bedside manner, I work in a hopital with alot of Doctors who are great when it comes to surgery but have a crappy bedside manner. keep me posted and the best of luck at the dieticin's office on the 21st
