Is it even allowed to be this cold in Oklahoma?

Hey MiniMe - lots of turtlenecks, undershirts and coats.  I have never worn so many clothes in my life as I have since WLS.  I bought 2 more turtlenecks today thinking I didn't have enough to get through!!  I have been known (already this season) to wear a turtleneck WITH a silk long sleeved undershirt!!  Get used to it chica!!  Funny, my legs don't get cold though...hmmmm...WTH??

Hang in there!!  Your new pic looks awesome!!  R

I have to buy a new coat.  I don't think I can take up last years new coat!  Dang it!  I love that coat!!!  I think I might have to buy a parka type coat for when it snows.  I will look like a little eskimo in order to stay warm!!!

Layers.

My typical attire is a tank top, t-shirt, hoodie.  Skip the damn bra, it has no warmth to it at all.

My house is full of snakes, birds and short haired dogs who hate the cold-so it stays no cooler than 70 during the day, 75 at night.  (The dogs have their own hoodies to go outside in...yes, it's sicko).

Last year, I invested in an electric blanket-a thought that would have horrifed me previously.  I am seriously considering a heated mattress pad.

Next option is a rabbit fur tank top turned hair side in......I'm seriously considering.  Cave Woman.

I agree!!  I am much colder already than I was at anytime last winter- well except for when I was without electricity for 11 days during the ice storm!  I bought a parka this weekend- love it!  I have learned to wear layers so I can peel and add as needed for the changing temps in a big school building.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Love the new picture!  You look fabulous!  You are doing awesome.  I know what you mean about the cold.  Usually I never even need a coat during winter but not this time!

I have always been hot natured and in the winter, before I was married, I would turn down my covers on the bed, open the window about an hour before I went to bed to get my sheets nice and cold.  In bed, I could just cross my arms, and I would radiate heat.  My wife just bought me a heated mattress pad last night and it felt so good.  I used to also kick my feet out from the covers so my feet would get cold.  I am wearing undershirts now and sweaters already.   My wife (and I) just can't believe how different I am regarding the cold.  Michael
