OKC December dinner

Hi, all!!  We discussed at the November dinner last night about doing the December dinner down in Brickotwn. A couple of us have never ridden down the canal.  In past years the canal rides have been free at Christmas.  It has been a couple of years but walking the canal is fun with all the decorations. 

What do you think, guys?  What about December 12?  What restaurant?

The 12th works for me. As for restaurants, there are so many good ones to choose from I will have to think about that one!

I've never been to bricktown or that part of the canal.  (I take the dogs swimming down on the other end (shhhhhhhhhh, it's a secret).

The 12th works -  As far as restaurants, how about Mexican? We have not done that in a while, and I know there are a few there. I know there is Abuelos, but there are also a couple more but I can't think of the names at the moment. Personally I love Abuelos, they have a ton of choices, but the portions are huge and I don't know if they let you order half portions. If you all want me to I can inquire on that, or find out what the other restaurant names are.

P.S.  It is really, really cold on the canal rides....don't forget to bundle up and wear gloves and all the fixings!!!!

That's a ways away but for today the date is good.  I think Mexican is a good choice as well.  I love the idea of the canal ride too.
