STEVE IS BACK IN SURGERY

Hello Dear Friends,

Steve just went back into surgery.  Blood is not circulating in the new liver as it should.  They are going to try and determine what is happening and why.  The hope is that whatever is going on can be repaired.  Worse case scenerio would be that his  body is rejecting the new liver.  It is our prayer that this is not the case.  We have hit the first (and I hope only) complication.

Please continue to hold us in your thoughts and prayers.  Your support and care means more to me than I can put into words.  A special thanks to Cowboyonfire for making the initial contact to you all when Steve was transplanted.

Love and Huggs,
Pam

Hi, Pam.
It's so good to hear your "voice." I have been and will continue to pray for Steve. I have been standing against rejection, as I know the first few days are critical. For some reason, I have much faith in praying for those dealing with cancer and those dealing with organ transplants. I don't say that with any pride on my part. Even faith is a gift from God.
Now, the enemy wants you to fear, so don't give him the satisfaction. Okay?
If any of the above upsets you, my friend, just stop after the 2nd sentence. :)
Blessings, Love, Hugs, and Prayers,
Mary

I'm so happy for you, Steve and Pam!!!

Hello Pam
I hope they just missed a stitch or something simple like that.  Lets just think positive and its something simple and fixable!
Keep us posted and you all continue to be in my prayers.

Pam, thanks for the update.  I'm stopping to pray right now that God will make His presence very evident to you and to Steve and that the doctors will discover quickly what the complication is and be able to fix it.  God bless you...Wish we could all be there to comfort you right now.
