9 Month Check-up

I seen Dr. Pond this morning for my 9 month check up! WONDERFUL news... He told me that I am about 3 months ahead of where he would have expected my weight loss to be! he told me to keep on keeping on and keep doing what I am doing!

Dan/Sherri after last nights convo about the vitamins I talked to him, he was fine with them as long as they was giving me all I needed, said was really good in the beginning but I needed to read my labels.. You will both be PROUD to know I got their Multi, Calcium and Iron. :) Thanks for talking about that last night! Also got my shots refilled ,and asked for smaller needles this time!

He said he will see me at my one year anniversary. I did ask him what my goal weight was and he asked me what I wanted to be? He doesnt care for the charts. Explained to me why so we discussed my goal and I am SUPER PROUD to say that at 9 months I am 36 pounds from my goal weight!!!!!

That's awesome Sassypants!!! I am proud of you. I can't wait until I can say I'm 36 prounds from goal...whatever that might be!! I hope everything is going well with the job hunt/house hunt. Are you still set to move to T town?

36 lbs from goal is amazing! Who knows you may reach goal by your 1 year date. We need to get you healed so you can star****er aerobics..hehehehe
