Question for MWC/ DC walkers
I'm SOOOOO needing to get back on the track myself! I am seeing some gain that I know is because I have slacked off my exercise. Let's definitely keep it as a week to week thing for now. I am sorry I haven't been around but little things keep preventing it. We need to come up with a backup plan for the actual "winter" time! Any ideas?
