I haven't fallen off the face of the earth...

I am still alive.. However, my family is infected with colds,  well actually daughter has phumonia (sp), son has viral, and well DH *****ally knows at this point??

I did go to DR B's office last Wednesday, met with nutrition, exercise, nurse practioner, and diet class.  I have been 100% cleared except for getting 10% off.  I am just going to take it one day at a time, one hour at a time not expect a miracle. 

So there's my little update.. HOpe everyone else is doing GREAT.  Don't know if I can do the dinner, depends on how the family is feeling.

I was thinking about you today!  I'm glad you posted!  I hope everyone gets well soon!  I'm sorry you are having such a hard time of it!  I'm also glad you went ahead and went to the dr. so you can keep yourself on track. 

If you can get away to go to the dinner I'd love to ride together.  It sounds like you need a time out! LOL!

That stuff is going around here too....I hope everyone get's better soon. It was good to hear that you are doing ok and that you are moving on with the pre-lims. It won't be long Sheila. It will be here before you know it.

It's good to hear from you Sheila.  Isn't it great to be a Mom??  It is but it's also such a JOB at times.  I'm praying for you especially but for your family to get well.  I know this is a stressful time for you.  I'm glad that you have your 100% clearance.  You WILL get the weight off.  Like you said...one day at a time but you know you can do it.  We're here for you.  I know this pre-op weight loss was the hardest part for all of us.  You're going to be joining us soon.....YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Thanks everyone for your kind words, I really do appreciate it.. I have to say I feel much better today, yesterday I was just blown in, totally exhausted didn't have much energy but today I can accomplish anything.  The main focus today, is to start going through all of the hospital bills that are coming in.  Going to start a spreadsheet and look at everything.  I can't believe one illness would create so many bills.. It's overwhelming but I have to get it done today..

Kim, I really need a night out but I just have to see what I get done tomorrow.  I have to go to Tulsa anyway, Toys R Us or a b-day gift and a new dining room table..  I'll see if I can squeeze it in..
