The Loss of one's "fat" clothes.... A rare "WOW" moment

Congratulations on shedding the clownwear in favor of your actual size.  I found that when I ditched the baggy stuff my actual size was easier for me to see mentally.

It wasn't hard for me at any stage to give up anything. I happily handed up to my SIL then handed down to others. I still have 1 piece of clothing from the 300 pound days..my Oklahoma Library Association rain coat. I still wear it with jackets and other stuff under it. Hey, it keeps me dry until I get a new one!
