It sure doesnt seem like it has been a whole year since i began ......i am 70 lbs lighter and much healthier , and on my way to happiness , though weight loss doesnt solve everything , it sure makes things easier ..... thank you to everyone for your support and good thoughts , and a special thanks to all my new friends here ..it has been a big weekend for me , i posted some pictures from my 20 yr service award last night at the Skirvin if you want to take a look .... take care and dont give up on your dreams of living a healthier life , it can happen!!!
