Compiled cookbook

Hi,
I would like a copy of your cookbook.  I  have 10 pounds to lose before having the sleeve.  I am really working hard at losing the weight.  I am kinda scared to have the surgery, but the more I read on this web site it does help.  Dr, B will be doing my surgery.  Please send me a copy of your cookbook.
