Compiled cookbook

I've compiled a cookbook, about 30 pages so far, for post-op cooking.

I never was much of a coo****il I started my path to WLS. I cooked for my partner, Leesa, while I was on my liquid diet and continue to cook for us now. I've tried some of them, but most, I haven't attempted yet.

Lemme know if you want a copy, it's a .doc format, so you can just print out the page you want.

Hi im just a newby Had surgery on the 22nd but I would love to have you cookbook also. I'm will start eating real food tommorow!!!!! So any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks Pam
