I've been a bad girl...

Jean Ann, most of the sleevers can tolerate sugar.  Some RNY patients can tolerate the sugar as well but a LOT of the RNY folks cannot tolerate it and dump on it.  I had to test the waters and sure enough this RNY patient dumps on it...YIPPEE!!!  That was so what I was after since it is a pit for me...an evil pit at that!!!

I dumped on fat free sour creme a few weeks ago, so anything I *could* possibly dump on, I'm not going near! LOL Thing is, I'd had REAL sour cream the day before.. strange.

i am not allowed to flame those that are posting what I have done today. OMG I was so nervous and still am about tomorrow that i grazed all day at my clients house! And tonight I am suffering BIG BIG time a horrible stomach ache that is saying Fat girl fat girl whatcha gonna do now ....whatch ya gonna do when the tidy bowl man comes for you....
Btw I learned along time ago that you do not beat yourslef up over slippes up instead you find a solution to what you can do instead of the food...I am pointing 10 fingers at me and none at you....
BTW the slippery slope to fat hell is blocked with a curve that takes you out of it...

I get a small bag of peanut m & m's from a drug rep every week at work.  It takes me a week to eat the bag.  I can live with that!!!  lol  I also have had a vanilla tootsie roll or three lately.
