Earlywine YMCA

I'm doing the LIFE class or Water Aerobics in the evenings at least 3  nights a week and on Saturday.  Amy (mom4pavlocks) dragged me there but who knows how long she is gonna be going since she is preggers.  Anyone else work out there and want to join us?  I need the motivation of meeting someone to get my butt there!

Wish I were closer, I'd sure do that with you! I've been meaning to get to the Y and join, but I've been doing a lot of walking in the mornings. I guess I could do water aerobics in the evenings, though.

Hey! Who says I'm gonna drop you? You may have to drag my pregnant ass out of the pool, but I'll stuck with it to the end!-the LIFE class is a different story!

I'm going now to look at the Earlywine sight-but please tell me it isn't the water that got her pregnant?

I have a membership at Aspen and need to get my ass up to go! I have been walking Greyce off and on but since I have been sick, I am a slacker. I love the water so I get in there when I am done working out and float around pretending to do exercises! Ok I do really  know water aerobics, but enjoy dog paddleing around. I need to check into organized water classes and quit acting like a beached whale!
I wish there was someone over here to work out with! Nearly everyone lives in Edmond or South side!

Come join us at Earlywine.  I haven't tried the Bethany Y yet, but it's actually more convenient for me.

Aspen is an athletic club over by Target on N.W. Highway. I live in Bethany so it's close for me. They have a pool and a huge amount of all types of machines, weights and so on. I think they are open 24 hours most days too...My daughter used to be a trainer there, but now works at Anytime Fitness as a trainer. Thats at Rockwell and 122nd.
I used to be an arerobic instructor at the Bethany Y.....Man have I gotten away!! LOL. Oh well...
