chicken and turkey...especially turkey sausage...cheese, cheese and more cheese!  I eat a protein bar for breakfast.  I had a hamburger patty for lunch today.  I made it with onion soup mix and worcestershire sauce.  Yummo!  Of course it had cheese on top!!!

Geez, why do I always want to call you "Deb"? It must be because your profile name is debtfree. I'm a dork. Sorry. It's Kim, right? I'm singing, "If I only had a brain." :)

I eat lots of soy...like edamame for snacks.....then flax based foods.  i'm not s big on most meats since they tend to make me sick, but I am starting to eat a tiny bit of hamburger....  i do eat bacon on a regular basis and  Doc B said I could eat a mild amount of carbs, but I'm still riding a bit gunshy of BIG carbs....so I might eat a low carb tortilla and bacon covered with a bit of super sharp colby of cheddar.  I have found I can eat one rib and do OK too....  not much fish....not much shrimp....not much scallops....so far...  but I do love the veggies....  I miss some of the old food but not enough to obsess about it.......except i could smell buffalo wings all day long and still not want to eat one...weird...

If you're looking for "odd tastes"....yet nutritious... then.... sea weed....edamame.....lentils....pumpkin seeds .....chicken/cream stock with spicy kale soup.....duck (amazingly high in protein)....crab/lobster...some greek food like yeros (without the pita of course)....couscous.... salmon....  the list goes on and on for "different" tastes...

I hope this helps...

Ooh, forgot my current favorite- turkey pepperoni and some babybel cheese or a string cheese.  Yummers and high in protein.  Also, quick and easy to take to work for lunch.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I love salmon.  There is a great seasoning called Chef Paul's Magic Salmon Seasoning that is wonderful.  I haven't found it in Oklahoma yet, but I ordered some online last week.

One of my favorite things still is HappyCat's version of pizza made on a low fat low carb tortilla.  Most of the time I don't even eat the tortilla.  I put lots of turkey pepperonis on it with lots and lots of cheese and pizza sauce and bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbly.  Yummers...  I made home made chilli yesterday and eating ground beef in chilli is one of the best ways for me to eat the ground beef.  It was awesome and with the cooler weather coming up it will be good.  I also like to make home made hamburger stew and just pick out the potatoes.  I use a lot of ground beef in mine so I get in a lot of protein that way also.  There is always plenty to bring for my lunch the next week with both the chilli and stew.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
