I think one of my favorite protien things is the hot chocolate I have every morning.  I also love shrimp or BBQ chicken.  Whats yours?  I need some new ideas.

I seem to eat a lot of cheese and chicken fixed different ways.  Sometimes I have a protein bar. I too, need to expand my protein choices.  I am anxious to see what responses you get.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Fage yogurt, tofu, tuna, chicken, eggs, milk.  I like morningstar vegetarian "ribs" and I like a real pork rib every now and then.  Turkey. Cheese.  Lately I've been using cheese as a wrap for the meat and making a sandwich that is all protein.   When I want fried fish (and I don't cook that stuff in my house pewwwww) I go to burger king, order a filet o fish sanwich and toss the bread=much cheaper than a fish dinner I can't eat most of anyway.  Long John silvers will sell you three fried shrimp without the other stuff.

I keep unflavored soy protein and protein up any soup I want.

Hi, Deb.
I'm pre-op, but my favorite protein is steak. I could eat a good steak everyday and not get tired of it. Well, I say that, but I've never tried out that theory. :)  I love boiled shrimp. Boiled, not breaded...the breading ruins shrimp, in my opinion. Here's a list of high-protein foods. Of course, not everything on the list is good for you or something you could/should eat, but maybe it will give you an idea. :)  http://heartspring.net/list_of_high_protein_foods.html
Blessings,
Mary

Ok, my new favorite is what I cooked up for lunch-organic turkey patty (Sheldon's) pan cooked (no oil-just didn't seem right) with a dash of sea salt and cumin.  When it was done, I melted some bleu cheese and a 1/2 slice of swiss (bird wanted the other half) on top-pulled it out and put a little sweet pepper relish on for some veggie action....LOL.  I don't know-it just really hit the spot.
