McAlester Area Support Groups???

I'm going to Weight Wise and one of the requirements is to attend a support group.  I'm wondering if there are any in the McAlester area or if not, would anyone be interested in forming one??? 

Dr. Keller mentioned it to me when I had my appointment with him the other day, considering I live about 3 1/2 hours from Edmond.  I would love for a strong support group that I don't have to take a day off work to attend!

Though not a "legal"support group that counts towards your requirement. You will find that this board will quickly become your support system. I know I did. The members of this board will help you in many ways.You will need support that is for sure!
 I also know there are a few from down in that area that may like to form a small group or maybe you all could form a car pool and come up for appointments and meetings. At least gas is cheaper now! That is something to be glad about!

There is one actually, it started last month.  Policekat was telling me about it and due to my back surgery i wasnt able to attend it. SO soon as she sees this post I am sure she will fill us in on the next times details.
