Hi, I am Songbird from Lawton and just came home from hospital today; well, spent most of yesterday at the hospitality house. I had RNY on Wednesday and am doing pretty well. Have a long way to go but so glad to get this part over with.

Thanks for the reply. We all need all the support we can get. Each day is geting better. I had my first oatmeal this morning and did great. I think a walk through Wal Mart will be an excellant exercise opportunity for me today!! Thanks again, Joan
