DH just made me an omelet with fresh mushrooms, lite sausage and lf cream cheese.  It was the cream cheese that made it so, so yummy!  Just thought I'd share in case your eggs are getting boring!

What about egg beaters?  Do those work?

I haven't tried eggs in a few weeks.  I guess I need to try again.  I haven't tried egg beaters recently either.  I need to give it another try since they are such a good source of protein.

Sounds yummy. I might have to give it a try. I never though of using cream cheese in eggs.

I just discovered Jimmy Dean Light Frozen omlettes-takes 2 minutes in the microwave and they are really pretty good.

Anything and Everything is better with Cream cheese!!  I'm a cream cheese kinda girl!

I'd have to NIX the mushrooms though!  ICK!!

Thanks for the tip!  I love my eggs, but like many of you, they do tend to get boring after awhile.

HEY you!  New pic.  I love it!
How are your brother and sister doing???

Thanks...  That pic was taken almost a month ago.  I liked it because I could really tell that my face had slimmed down :o)

I talked to my sister on the phone last night.  She is sore as expected...  She has the most trouble with where the drain tube came out.  I'm just glad I didn't have a drain tube!  I will see her Thanksgiving and we will compare notes.

My brother still plans to go to his pre-op w/ dr. walton on Tuesday.  I am taking off of work to go with him too.  I really feel like I should be there for support and to keep him focused and try to discourage him from thinking about changing surgeons.  He doesn't have time to change surgeons at this point.

I'm also taking my care credit cards so when he has to pay the bill I will be there to help with that too.  That is how bad I want him to have his surgery at WW!!!  I'm willing to put it on my credit cards!!  I have plenty of other debt, I'll hardly notice the additional debt.

Thanks for asking,
Dot
