6 week appt.

 Has it been 6 weeks already???  Easy for me to say huh?  You're doing awesome.  Don't let the scales get to your head.  I have always weighed here at home and at WW.  I just keep in mind the difference.  Lucky for me, mine weigh me heavier than the ones at WW do.  Anyway, the important thing is that your journey has started and you're doing well.  Chicken and meat aside....I hope that works itself out for you soon.  Take care,

I WOULD USE THE SCALES THAT FLATTER ME THE MOST!! LOL

I DON'T HAVE SCALES AT HOME BECAUSE I'M ADDICTED. I'M AFRAID EVERY TIME I GOT UP TO USE THE RESTROOM I WOULD HAVE TO WEIGH AND THEN I WOULD GET DEPRESSED IF IT DIDN'T MOVE LIKE I THOUGHT IT SHOULD. I USE THE SCALES AT MY GYM AND THEY ARE VERY VERY CLOSE TO THE SCALES AT WEIGHTWISE,MAYBE BY 1 POUND.

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE WEIGHT LOSS!! I BET YOU ALREADY FEEL BETTER AND DIFFERENT DON'T YOU? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Thanks for all your comments.  I am going with the majority and keeping track with the home scales and have changed my ticker accordingly.  Emily, there is no follow up with the stricture thing, I just have to pay attention to what I eat and if it gets worse, such as having the same problem with soft food like cottage cheese or egg, or even liquid, I am to let him know. 

Michael, the pleasure was all mine in meeting you and your sweet mother! She is a beautiful lady!! You are looking great no matter what the scales are saying! I can tell a huge difference from your Avitar and pics to how you looked in real life! The weight is moving and it shows! That is an important observation too!  It is the most wonderful thing to see the changes in each of the members on here....watching the new avitars pop up....meeting each of you at the dinners and see the difference one month can make in each of you. This is the most incredible experience even for me as a watcher at this point....It gives me hope and anticipation as I wait for my turn.
Like I said, Michael, the pleasure was mine because seeing the changes in you helped me to know my Dream is coming too!! Thank you so much for the CPAP too....We are going to bless the soxs off of some wonderful people with these!!
