OK I AM NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE TO FOLLOW FOR BREAKFAST BECAUSE I GO TO MCDONALDS AND GET A SAUSAGE BISCUIT BUT I THROW THE BISCUIT AWAY OR GIVE TO MY CO-WORKER. I THEN POUR A LITTLE BIT OF SYRUP ON THE SAUSAGE AND EAT IT UP. I KNOW, I KNOW THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR ME BUT IT IS THE WORST THING I EAT ALL DAY AND IT STARTS MY DAY OFF GREAT.

Lately I've been nuking some morning star farm veggie bacon till it's hot, then rolling it up in a piece of swiss cheese for my own hot sandwich.  (I can't eat bread most times, and never in the morning....)...I got the idea when I was headed out to the drive thru to gut a bacon biscuit-I was like DUH, I could make my own biscuit guts at home.  If I want real bacon, I got out, I can't stand to cook that stuff (but love to eat it if someone else will cook it).

That's a good idea, just rolling it up. Must try that this morning! Thanks!

I don't know why, but breakfast is hard for me to eat too early. It upsets my stomach, no matter what it is. At least that's how it used to be... we'll see now.
