Last Breakfast

I am about to have my last breakfast for a while.. Tonight I'll have the last supper LOL.. Going on the pre op liquids for two weeks.  Darn, I can't find the jelly.. Wonder where I put it??    Saying goodbye to Bacon... sob..

Once you're on healthy foods for life, you can have turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc. It's really better than the regular.

AND....it's not your last supper. Not by a long shot. You can eat very well by still following the rules.

Its not your last meal... just your last one filled with all the stuff that has helped you to become overweight. After surgery you can have jelly, bacon just a healthier version.

Congratulations Lisa. You will mourn the loss of food but it will be worth it in the long run.

dont look at it like that , you will eat again i promise and you will get to a point you wont miss those things , it will become second nature to you to make good choices , and it is well worth it in the long run !!  Today i was at a friends house and we had been shopping for a fancy outfit i needed for a shindig next week and she had a full length mirror in her bedroom, i put on the outfit with the high heels and all and for the first time , i saw a thin person and i hardly recognized her !! You will have many moments like that in your future , so that is what you can look forward to!!  Take care and follow the instructions to the letter , you will do great !!!
