Update and question
I am home and feeling alot less pain than I thought I would feel! Compared to my hysterectomy that I had in June, this has been pretty easy.
I am however having some nausea problems. My doctor called in some meds and they seem to be helping.
My main problem is that I am coughing up some greenish stuff, and not sure if this is caused by anesthesia, or if I am getting sick. I've been checking my temp and don't have a fever, but of course I've been on pain meds, so who knows. Did anyone else have this problem or should I call my surgeon?

So glad to hear from you, Shelly. It sounds like you're doing well. The greenish stuff could be several things. Always better to call the doctor. That's why he gets the big bucks. Make sure you're walking and sipping. Keep us updated, and let us know what he says about the coughing.

Yep, call the doctor to put your mind to rest about it....did they have you blowing into something afterwards to get you to cough? Or do they do that anymore? Green is not usually a good color to be spitting up....I agree with the poster gals....Call the doc.
I'm so glad you are doing ok with this....I love hearing how well people do. It sure makes me feel more ready for Jan!! Take care!
