Feeling energetic!!

Ok, so today I have all of this energy suddenly. We were at the mall (so I could pick up some more protein shake mix) and I was passing everyone like they were standing still. Then after we got home I took my daughter and my dog and we went to the track and walked!! I remember this feeling from a long time ago, and it feels AWESOME!!

I know exactly what you mean. I realized yesterday doing my walmart run that I didn't have to hang on to the cart for dear life. I was zipping around the store like I was skinny or something! LOL!
