I met OkieChic7!
My husband, grandson, and I were at Weight Wise in Edmond last Thursday, and Sherry and I had arranged to meet. It was so nice to meet Sherry in person! What a beautiful lady, with a sweet smile!
It was so much fun to give Sherry a used CPAP machine, to pay it forward. I hope to have another one to give on Nov. 4th (my pre-op consult) or on Nov. 17th (my surgery date), as my son no longer needs his older machine. I'm hopeful, also, that I will no longer need my own machine, sometime in the future.
If you have a used CPAP machine, please consider donating it to Sherry's ministry, to help those who cannot afford or have no insurance for a CPAP machine. God will bless you for it.

I have had grandkids since Thursday morning and have just now had a chance to get on...Thank you for the sweet words Mary! It was fun to meet you and your hubby AND that handsome grandson!! It is so nice to put a face with the words! You need to post a pic Mary. You are a beautiful woman and I'm sure everyone would like to also see an Avitar soon! Just think, in a month, you could be on the Loser's Bench!! It is coming up quick!
I was so excited that you were getting to move one step closer to your surgery! It is so exciting to see my wonderful friends get to move closer to their new lives!
You were the first to donate your machine and it is sitting proudly on my shelf. I mentioned to an advocate that we were doing that ,but I am going to change advocates so I will mention to her that we are planning on having the machines for people who can not afford one or if the insurance won't cover it. I know they will bless someone who was in the same situation I was in.

I would love to see a pic too! That way we can share your progress!!Sherry, I am going to get with Sheila and see if she can bring you the masks and hoses that I have for you! They are just sitting in my garage! I want someone to use them that needs them!
I would love to meet you too! I just don't get that way very often. I have been wanting to go back to Toby Keith's resteraunt in OKC again! Maybe that will be a place to venture before surgery! I like their kiddie plate of ribs! YUMM! Sorry! Thats not a very healthy meal! But If I can get away and come to OKC I would like to meet all the okc peeps!
