lap-band surgery
Hi, April.
Congratulations on your lap-band surgery. Keep walking and sipping. The walking will help your body release the gas. See if you can use Gas-X, too. That may help. Take care.
Blessings,
Mary

Hello April, Congrats on your band. I had mine last Thursday and I feel great! Walking and taking it slow with fluids (and food, when it's allowed) will really help decrease the gas. Looking forward to seeing you 'lose it' LOL!

I would not use GAS X unless my surgeon said I could....to help with the gas just gotta walk and walk some more...I have had 6 surgeries in one year and the worse gas was the last one I had 2 weeks ago....I hurt for three days I walked got on the step climber and finally just decided to go to wally world and I walked there for 3 hours by then end of that time the pain was gone....and I left with no gas and I didnt buy anything...
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
