Regular Exercise
Okay...honesty here. I had such good intentions of exercising but honestly I didn't start until a few weeks ago. I made several false starts...a walk here and there...riding my stationary bike a time or two..you know the drill. Anyway, a few weeks ago some of the girls from work decided to do jazzercise and I knew that unless I went with them I would never do this thing. I need the accountability. Plus my life is CRAZY packed full. I go to school as well as work full time. So even though I look ridiculous in class because I'm not a young barbie doll and I look like a senior citizen doing the "low impact" version of what everyone else is doing..at least I am doing it! After the sorness of the first week I now feel really good and can see my strength increasing. I go on Mon Wed and Fri I need to figure out what else to do on the other days but at least I am getting those 3 days in.
