Being blunt is an honest way to be if others preceive it differently its on them. Dont change your ways for those that need everything to be ROSY colored glasses for them..URRGH I personally can not stand those kind of people they make the Bitoch come out in me.
Sometime inthis journey we lose the joy in our weight loss and have to take a few minutes hours or days out and catch up with where we are at.
You dont feel the same because your Fat SUIT and the jolly fat man is gone. In its place is you the man you have been all along just hiding in a suit...
Sweetcakes take time to adjust to this you if folks cant deal with it its THEIR friggin problem.
Write yourself a letter or just journal some of your thoughts and if get to learn the new you....
