the one thing they dont talk about
Did not mean for you to cry..
I have a 13 year old pomeriian that keeps me on my toes. He is the kind of dog that can make you laugh and at the same time you want to cry. After each surgery he will lay beside the area that was cut on and if I act like I am hurting he starts to whimper. My home health nurse has had to bribe him to be able to change the wound dressings...

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
There are 2 fantastic bras, well....4.
1. Bralellujah (buy at Dillard's). This is the Spanx bra. Very comfy.
2. No back fat bra..Sweet Nothings (Wal-Mart). It's front hook and holds the girls great. I love this one.
3. Wacoal (Dillard's) underwire.
4. Frederick's (only location is Crossroads Mall). They are fit specialists and knowledgeable about post surgery bodies and boobs.
*Honorable mention: Curvation (Wal-mart) side support.
One thing I've learned, ladies, is that we're harder to fit into a true bra size after surgery. At Frederick's, we started with my old size and worked backwards. She told me that a bra fitting where they measure you won't work or be accurate anymore due to surgery.
I have gone from a 44DD to a 36C in a year. I miss them, and yeah, I'm the Saggy Baggy person here, too. I'll still take it any day over the 354 pound captive I was before surgery.
I figure this skin is my badge of honor, and as long as it isn't draggin' the ground behind me, it's all good!
