Been down with a migraine today or else I would have gone. Let us know of any interesting messages provided there or inspriation.

Last night was the annual fashion show.  It was a fun meeting and very inspirational to see how far some of these people have come since surgery.  Each one answered about how there life has changed since losing the weight and I have to say there were some that brought tears to my eyes. I'm glad I went.
