I had my appt with Dr. Gornichec this morning , i have lost 70 lbs and am 11 months out , i am feeling very blessed that i have had such a smooth ride , no complications . I have literally worked my tail off !!!!! All you lapbanders take notice it can be done , with deication , determination and hard work............
