Transfer addiction
I take my Coach bags to the cobbler in Midwest City for cleaning. There should be a shoe place in Edmond also; if not, get some of the leather cleaning stuff from Walmart. Also, what is your backpack stained with or is it just wear and tear? If wear and tear, just follow the leather cleaning directions on the bottle; if it something weird, like your niece spilled a bottle of Tinkerbell nail polish inside, then you have to cry and put a scarf on the purse so the stain doesn't show. I'm glad someone shares my addiction. Perhaps we can start a 12 step program although most people with this addiction continue to shop. donna
not trying to add fuel to the fire on the purse addiction, but since you mentioned your a purse addict i thought i would share this cozy little purse store i go to. its right off of 1-35 south, you exit off of se 25th and take the service road towards se 29th st. its called tonyas boutique, used to be fashion warehouse. she just opened a few weeks ago but before that she did in home purse parties. she has fabulous purses, so cute and very different. colors, shapes etc. inexpensive to, scarves, candles and jewelry also. in the back of the store there's a few racks of purses for under 10.00. imitation coaches are around 40.00 and much more in between. there's also a tea/coffee maker for the customers. its such a great little store. hope you can visit. 2711 s 1-35 service road 672-4100. there's also little business cards at the register for 10% off your purchase. i bought the cutes purple and lavendar and cream bag for 24.00, then i took my dtr who got an all silver for 20.00 then my mom and she got one for 5.00.
I don't have any transfer addictions. Rather, I have a highly enthusiastic appreciation for purses, stilettos, young cabana boys, and chardonnay. Did I mention my fondness for carrying a new Prada bag, while wearing my Jimmy Choos, being served Chardonnay by a nicely toned and tanned cabana boy?
Oh, and cabana boys..did I mention them? Seriously...
