What a way to end a day!

I had a great time at the meet and greet tonight. I think doing it on a Friday was a great idea. Maybe I can talk my husband into coming to the next one. I had thought of going home before going to dinner but it is a good thing I didn't because I doubt I would have made it. Waiting at home was a beautiful translated letter from Giorgi's birth mother. I was crying so hard I could barely read it to her -- and she joined me! She asked that we come to visit her in Romania. Giorgi wanted to know if we could go this weekend. No, but I now think I know what my goal weight reward will be!

What a wonderful surprise to end the week!  I'm so happy this is all going so well!  And why can't you go this weekend?  You don't have to be back at wor****il Monday! Ha!

I wish there was a way to get to talk to each person at these dinners, but it is so hard. I am so glad you posted this so that we each can share in your joy!! I am so happy for your family! You are a special person Nancy....that is so evident!  That will give you even more of a reason to stick to this hard....God will bless you!

Gosh I am sorry I missed it, I spent the entire evening frsting and decorating 70 cupcakes for my Daughters 2 year old birthday.  I am coming to the next one though.

Have you ever thought about a pot luck at someone's house, meeting room, or church.. Than maybe everyone could get up and socialize.. Just like Bunco..  Just a thought.

That must have been a wonderful moment - I am so glad you got that letter and now you can look forward to meeting her...just not this week-end! Just love how kids have no worries, nothing to hold them down, just pack and go!

That is awesome news Nancy.  Giorgi is so lucky to have you and I'm sure you feel the same way about her.  I know this was so important to you both and you will be able to get all the medical background you need.  That will be an awesome goal for you to reach.... It was great to see you too!!!
