Lack of Energy on Quick Start Diet???

If you have been a big carb/junk eater prior to the diet, you are probably just detoxing.  One of the things I learned to do on the zillion diets I have been on, is turn that around....Don't think "oh, this diet is making me feel weak" thinkg " Oh, that junk was really poisoning my body, I'm glad it's gone".

Now, I'm not a doctor, but I also think there is a point where your body switches from a calorie hoarding fat gaining machine into a calorie burning weight loss machine-and just like turning into a werewolf, that isn't easy.  To this day, whenever I have a hot fla****hink of that scene from American Werewolf in London  where the hunky Dr. Pepper guy throws off his clothes and screams "oh god, I'm so HOT!!!!" because that is exactly how I feel like.

I have found getting a visual image for what I'm feeling helps a lot, just don't pick sad deathbed scenes.  Find an image that illustrates tired but where the person got up the next day to fight again.  Like one of the zillion Rocky fights.  (I don't think I've ever actually seen a Rocky movie, but I know about the fights....LOL).
