WHAT TO PACK???

Less is more in this situation.  All you will really need is comfy jammies (I was out of that hospital gown the minute I got out of bed- waaaaay too drafty for me!), your pillow, CPAP, all your medicines for the staff to catalog, and your cell phone.  I took a book and never opened it- same with the magazine.  It wasn't worth carrying with me.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I took the following no more and no less.
Cell phone and charger
protein meal replacements
change of clothes
robe and slippers
drink mix
lotion(small travel size)
deodorant
tooth brush and paste
hair brush and makeup
Ended up not using the robe figured out how to keep the back from being drafty....and hardly ever used slippers...but then I was in the hospital 8 days....
and id and insurance card along with my cpap and my OWLO WLS bible....
WHOO hOO ten days and counting....I am happy for ya!!!!
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

Thanks for the info gang! I jotted everything down you all took and will go from there. I am ssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooo ready for this.

You are welcome.... I have become an expert on surgery and what to take....learned the hard way about the protein stuff
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
