1 oz (servings per container 1.5 oz-I HATE that, just tell me how much is in the bloody bag)

120 cal 60 fat calories 6 grams fat 9 grams carb (fiber 2 sugars 2) Protein 10 g

I know that's more protein than baked lays-probably fewer carbs too.  She (kay) uses soy powder for her "flour")....one day when I get time I'm going to make a soy cracker.  Crackers are at best iffy for me, and I really do miss them.  I like corn thins (Like rice crisps) but they don't crunch like a cracker, so by golly I'm going to make myself a dang cranker....some day.

I brought some of the Crispy Parmesan protein chips today from Kay's.  They are really good.  It is something that helps satisfy my "need" for a crunch now and then.

I wanna buy some of those parmesan chips from one of you.  Those sound good.  I also need salty, crunchy but not too evil.  Anybody interested in peddling their protein to me?

I've tried the soy chips from the health food store, and they do take care of that crunch desire.  I would love to get some of this stuff, but don't want to have to order it by the case.  Anywhere you can buy it off the shelf?

The healthfood store-or I'll sell you a few bags of mine.  A case is only 12 individual bags though.  I just bought 4 cases and I was visualizing half a grocery aisle.....it all came in a box the size of a coat box.

But, that said, I have to be very careful what I buy in bulk-if it's a problem food, there's no way I can do that.  These really don't seem to trigger any problems-but every time I buy a big bag of doritos I end up throwing most of it away after crushing it so I won't eat it....(which is better than eating it I know, but still)

I ordered several cases of different things. That makes them about $1 per bag and at the health food stores they were $2.00.  I got 2 different cereals and a couple different protein chips.  I'd be happy to share as well.  I believe Akins sells this.  I'll bring some Friday or if you don't come I'll bring some Sat morning if you join us for coffee.
