I let it set out for about 20 minutes. Till it kinda thaws then open the bag and slide the goodies into a mico bowl. In a hurry I will defrost it then place it in a bowl.
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

I bet you could put the baggie in ho****er too-that's how I thaw rats.
