I can't believe how well it has gone for me. No problems at all , Today I was bent over tying my shoe and notice I had no pain at all, the liquid diet wasn't to bad till left the house for the weekend and seeing and smelling all the restaurants made it so hard but I have been good. Went to the doctor today and set up a sleep test so I can get certified to go back to work,

I'm glad you are doing so well.  Thats great!

I'm so glad to hear you are doing so well.  My 3rd day was the worst and there you were...at our support meeting with the long drive for you to make and all.  I'd say you're kickin butt!!!  You'll probably just have your weight just melt right off especially since you are "male" and they seem to be able to do that!!!  No envy here.....  Take care and remember to sip, walk, sip, walk, sip...and your soft food will be here in a few days.  One note...your little tummy will DEMAND that you are good in the restaurants.  You'll figure it out real soon that it is in control and that the "cheating" is NOT WORTH THE MISERY afterwards. LOL

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Tony...great to know you are doing so well. Things are so much easier when you start without problems and issues, and it will keep getting better and better. I was one of those lucky ones that never had issues with pain, getting fluids in...etc....and I can tell you that it makes a world of difference when you feel good!  Congratulations!!

You are off to a great start.  I'm a smell-aholic now-I love the smells as much as I once loved to eat.
