I am not the only one that eats avacado and sour cream on my chili? And to think my kids think I am weird for eating it like that!

There are tons of recipes you can make in the crockpot.. We use ours at least 2 time a week. more like 3 or 4. I usually have to buy a new crockpot every year or so.. i wear them out! but havent ever had one catch on fire so I think your safe there!

Today is chili day!

its good to cook chicken in and save to top salads or add to something during the week.. remember to save the broth too.

I left a frozen seasoned arm roast in my crock pot this morning when I left to go to the clinic with my mom. I just got home and added potatoes and carrots with cabbage on top....Of course I can still have potatoes. I am making a dinner for my mom and sister. The roast is done and will just become more tender while the potatoes and carrots cook....Easiest thing in the world for an on the go woman! lol I agree with everyone on here! There are small sizes and large sizes too so a crock is for anyone and everyone!  But the best thing is to use them!! lolol So many people never use them! i used to cook a seasoned chicken then put in dumplings!! Ok no more!!!!!!!!!!!! SAD!!

The cooking thing is over-rated, I think!  LOL!  Anyway, glad it came out good.  I made it again today and mixed it up a bit so we'll see.  I haven't eaten yet!
