Not at all-I enjoyed the story and added one of my own.

I just bought a 2 quart crockpot at Walmart.  It is the cutest little thing!  Perfect for one person.  I think it was $8,50 or so.

Yes, I have seasonal eating patterns.  I do want more red meat when the weather gets cooler.  And, I want thick stews and chilis.  Tuna salad will not make the grade when it is cold.  Cold lunch meats won't make the cut either.

I know I craved heartier breads during the colder months.  Oh, who am I kidding I ALWAYS craved breads!

I hope your fill tomorrow goes well.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I'm going to experiment a bit with stews.  I don't eat white taters any more so I am going to drop in a sweet tater and see what happens.  I love carrots in stews so I bet a sweet tater would work.  Actually, I've just been wanting to mess around with savory sweet tater things-I love sweet/sour stuff but the most exotic thing I've done with a sweet potato is put butter and cinnamon on it.  I'm gonna go nuts and mix it up with some onion.

Oh gez, my wife fixed a few sweet potatoes yesterday.  I have always loved them, and got about a 1/4 of one, put a little butter, cinnamon, and splenda.  After 2 bites I was so grossed out.   It sure is true about taste after WLS.  Guess will try again around Thanksgiving and see what happens with them.
