I enjoyed meeting everyone at the support meeting Thursday night. The meeting itself was GREAT. Lots of GREAT information, success stories, patients that were hours out of surgery and those who were 18 months out.. It was really a positive meeting and I will be going back as well.
Sherry (okiechic7) I had a wonderful time visiting with you.. Glad I was able to make it back to the car by 3 PM.. No problem with not getting the messages I just wanted to make sure all my basis was covered. I hate to leave someone hanging if I know I am supposed to meet them somewhere. I was just glad they were able to sqeeze me in and than I knocked out all of my appts on Friday..
The weight wise staff is exceptional.. I can't believe they squeezed me into ALL of my appts Friday morning and I am rocking and rolling now.. I have to lose 36 pds by mid November and I can have the surgery. No sleep study required and just have to get a letter from my cardio that I am cleared for anethesia.
Anna, thank you so much for helping me get my quick start diet together... It was GREATLY appreciated.. I felt so lost doing it for the first time.. But you and Chase are sweethearts.. Thanks a bunch..
The drive from Edmond to Claremore is not bad at all, it's a nice 2 hour drive and I look forward to doing it.. Nice peace and quiet time for mommy..LOL.. Got home and got back into the stress of things... At to go to DH's employer and clean out his Semi Truck.. They are becoming true #$%R#$% because he is off on short term disability. We are not milking this, this is our livelihood, this is how we make our house, food, car, bills and they are acting like we are taking advantage of this and treating him like total @#$QWE%.
Anyway, GREAT to meet everyone and enjoyed it.. Thanks for making me feel so welcome..

shelia, it was very nice to meet you on thursday night. We were checking out at the same time. I don't know if you remember me or not but I had on a purple sweater and black jeans. Anyway congrats on getting your appointments out of the way, You are about to embark on the most fantastic journey of a lifetime.
