New Pics on profile, but can't change Avatar for some reason...

So I tried to change my Avatar for like and hour yesterday to no avail.  So I gave up and just updated my profile and uploaded the pics to my profile.  It keeps saying that my pic is too big, but this is the same camera I used for my last Avatar so I don't know.  I seem to remember having to email someone about uploading it for me...does this sound right to anyone else??  I just cannot seem to locate that email addy.

Your pic has to be pretty small to upload as an avatar.  Send it and I'll send it back in shrinky-dink size!

you are doing AWESOME!  Pics look great.  Some technically sound person on here can help get your avatar going.....I have to ask for help everytime I change mine!!!  lol
