Thanks for the tip!  I don't usually eat much fruit and only a few veggies.  I love fruit and veggies, so I may try to add those in small increments.

Ok, 7 pounds from goal, I'm trying to work up some sympathy for you........here, here it is...oh wait, no, no?  NO.  Sorry.

Actually, I do have a little-because I can relate.........sooooooo close to a perfect run.....soooooo close.  Just don't let that 7 pounds cloud away all the ones that have happened before.  It would be awesome to get to goal at 6 months, but three years from now when you are still at goal you are going to laugh at yourself for getting so hung up on the date.

Boy, you're one tough cookie!  I need to put you on speed dial so I can get a swift kick when needed!    But you make an excellent point, as long as I get to goal, does the timeframe really matter that much?  I guess I hadn't really thought about it like that.  I'm such a planner it's sick.  Really it is a compulsion.  Thanks for the post!!!

I increased my protein and liquids the last time I stalled.  You also need to add in a few veggies and fruits for good health.

I have been losing faster the last 2 weeks and realized I had been allowing myself a few treats that I hadn't in the past.  I think maybe I was eating too few calories.  Maybe that is it?  I know you exercise a lot.  Maybe you need more calories, protein, and liquids to rev up the old body?
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I got to (surgeon's) goal in 7 mos myself... but it wasn't easy and then I got pregnant the first time.  You're doing great, Robyn!  Be proud of what you've done so far, girl!  If all else fails, chart your intake on thedailyplate.com and see if you can figure out what might be causing the stall.
