Sp you guys remember when i posted that my IUD fell out, well I'm about 3-4 weeks pregnant.  I am scared since surgery was less than 6 months ago, and I need your advise.  What are some things that I need tp be concerned about.  Some things that I need to make sure that me and my baby are healthy.

Thanks

Well, first let me say congratulations!!! Though we like to say it was an mistake....God never makes one! Sooooo now you move right along! I would call the WLS doctor right away and just let them know...I'm sure this happens, so you won't be the first case. Though it is not the best idea to get pregnant........ It will be ok! Go to the Doctors....That is where you will get your most important information. Then talk to the GYN doctor so that you all are on the same page concerning vitamins and so on....Again, you will be fine!

Congrats on the new baby!  Call your surgeon, call your OB doc, follow all of their instructions.  It will be even more important now that every morsel you put in your mouth is nutrient rich to feed that baby.  No "recreational" foods for you for a while!  GlitterGal calls things like a fudgesicles and pudding cups recreational foods.  They take up room and offer little nutrition.  Take care of yourself!  You CAN have a healthy VSG baby.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

All will be okay.  Listen to your doctors and your body.  I'm sure you're not the first to have this happen, nor will you be the last !

Thanks guys.  I did get a hold of my doc.  I was told that since I am out of the "rapid weight loss stage" that everything should be okay.  She is even sending information to give to my OB/GYN since there is not a lot of them in my area, who have experiance dealing with WLS patients.
I will keep everyone updated
