Tony, glad you are home and feeling well. I also felt really good after surgery, had very little soreness. Keep up the walking and the liquids, if you stay ahead of the liquids you will never have any problems drinking the 64 oz required.

Congratulations, Anna

Tony the Tiger!  I'm so happy to see you posting and that you're doing so well.  I'm so sorry that I missed seeing you last night but it was a crazy day.

The most important thing is to keep pushing those fluids since your body loves them!

Keep us posted on your progress.  I'll bet you lose a giant bunch of weight in the next 2 weeks!  Men!  Ha!

I'm glad you're doing well.  Keep up the walking and sipping and let us know if you have any questions !  Here comes the fun part, the melting away -- and, of course, you guys suck 'cause you seem to melt faster !  Arm's doing okay.   Thanks.

I'm so glad to hear all went well for you.  I remember that for me day 3 was the worse.  I was just sore and achy...nothing dramatic at all.  Hang on to your hate because you're in for the "ride of your life"!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
