I eat pumpkin year round-libby's stays in business the other 10 months of the year because of me.  I've always liked it, and now it's to the point I prefer it (muchly) over mash taters.....ugh, even the thought of white taters makes me cringe now.  It's one of those weird taste changes that happened after WLS.
