Ok, I found some greek yogurt.  Now what the heck do I do with it?

I add some sf syrup to it...raspberry is lovely and it tastes great and gives me some mega protein!  I think you could also use it just like sour cream....yummo!  I am curious to see what others do with it.

Add couple packs of splenda or sweet n low, or any other SF flavoring and enjoy.

I also use it when making fruit salad instead of sour creme, it is yummy.

Makes a good protein filled breakfast or snack. Real tart unless you add a sweetner to it.

Where did you get it AND does it have more protein than other yogurts?? I am anxious to hear what people do with it too!  I thought about using it in cole slaw and of course the fruits in it...but I wondered what else??

I bought mine at Walmart -- Oikos brand. It is much thicker and has way more protein than regular yogurt.

I think it has something like 15 or 16 grams of protein so it's a great source.  I just want it to taste good too!

Mix it with salsa and use it as a dip with protein chips...or forget the chips and just eat it like that-it tastes good.

Mix it with all my stash of sf syrups for a creamy sweat thing.

If I'm sick, real low energy and having been eating a lot, I put a tablespoon of honey in it with some cinnamon-OH geeze that is good.

With almonds and cinnamon for brekkie.

Mix it with pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices for a creamy pumpkin pudding thing (or pie guts as I call it).

I've tried using it instead of mayo in tuna salad.....it was kind of flat till I added a shot of italian dressing and then really all I could taste was the dressing and tuna (but it still added protein).

Blend it with chocolate and a banana for a kick a$$ smoothie. (I usually use 1/2 a banana).

Put a spoon in my eggs before scrambling-a little creamier than skim milk that way.

If you plan ahead, you can make up some jello (I know, that's cooking) and stir in the yogurt and let it set up.    Frankly, that is too much trouble.
