Just a question

I like the broth from roman noodles.  If I just make the broth from the packet and not the noodles is that ok?  Or should I NOT??  I don't like just plain chicken broth from a can. 

Another question...Dr. Gorspe's patients...what days does he do his surgeries on?  I know he has something going on everyday.  But don't surgeon's normally have a day they do them?  I just wondered because I'm looking at my Dec. Calander

Using the seasoning packet from Roman Noodles makes a great post-op broth. I've read that on several posts. I've used it myself, even though I haven't had surgery yet. Perhaps the sodium content is higher than canned broth (or maybe not), but the taste sure is better. Check with your nutritionist, to be sure, but I think it should be fine.
Can't answer your other question, but I'm sure someone can.

Thanks Sherri, I not that Jinny in the insurance office has told me that Dr. G. does what he can to get all the patients in that need to be in before the end of the year to meet out-of-pocket.  So I am just looking at my calander!  My little one's birthday is the 15th and Christmas is 10 days after!  So I want to at least get his birthday taken care of!  Even if we have to celebrate it early!

No I haven't even started.  I have 2 visits on Oct 10th.  I have my sleep study and Psych. eval.  After that I have one visit left with my pcp.  November I will take my paperwork to the surgeon's office and they will send it in to the insurance.  I know it will take a lot of luck to get me in before the end of the year.  I am really hoping so.  I am off work 1 week so I will only have to close for another week.  Then I hope to hire someone to come in and help me for a few weeks.
