I postponed my fill.  I do think I need one, but I'm not sure how much a fill I need and how much is just bad choices-so I'm going to track (ugh I hate doing that) my quantities for the next couple of weeks and see how much solid protein I can eat.

The adustable part of the band is a blessing and a curse both, and I have a tendency to want to ratchet that thing down tight because it really does help with the head hunger when it's snug....but it's not a good idea long term or even short term.  So I am putting on the big girl panties, going back to basic protein (solid) except for my morning sludge.

The morning sludge thing kills my appetite making latte's a reasonable lunch item cause I'm not hungry-but that isn't doing a thing for my satiety or really understanding how much I can eat.

Also, I've been exercising more and I'm never sure how to factor that in to how much I should be eating-I do know I'm hungrier when I exercise more.

I've also been hitting the processed phony foods lately (like watkins calorie free syrup).....and that's just a disaster waiting to happen....so no more processed crap.  (Plus, the farting is just awful)

It's so boring being an adult.

I agree with you on being a boring adult...I R one!  I've also had the terrible gas and had to resort to Gas-X.  I don't know why I have it all of a sudden but almost every evening I do.  We need to remember that the gas thing won't be good inside the cars on our way to T-town tomorrow.....

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Yes, You ladies driving to Tulsa eat some BEANO!  LOL!

Its good that you have the option to fill if you need to but I think you are doing the right thing by trying to make better food choices.  It sounds good anyway!  I can talk the talk! But that darn walk!

Go to livestrong.com and do the daily plate.  That will help you track your protien, calories, sodium, etc.  Even your water intake.  Give it a try.  Its neat!
